Shell Chic Maui jewelry is made primarily with "Hand Picked" or "Found" Maui shells.  Other shells used are found in the Pacific region.  Many of them contain traces of sand and/or other bits of shell within it.  Please let us know if you prefer to have it removed, as we prefer to leave the shell in it's natural state.  Unfortunately, each shell is unique and cannot be exactly duplicated if the Item has already been sold.  Shell Chic Maui will do it's best to match that particular shell's look and color. 

Shell Chic Maui exclusively uses 14K Gold Filled, 14K Rose Gold Filled, and/or Sterling Silver in all her jewelry designs.  Regular polishing is recommended for the best sheen when wearing your jewelry.  14K Gold is available upon request.  

*Refund Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send it back within 30 days for an exchange or refund. It must be returned in the same condition you received it in without any wear or damage, along with the packing slip and in its original packaging. Your credit or refund minus shipping (if applicable) will be given within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.  Shell Chic Maui is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
